Leah Barton - Founder Of Mint Finance

 

Leah Barton | Executive Director & Chief Lending Strategist, Mint Finance Pty Ltd

Founder and Executive Director of Mint Finance, Leah Barton is passionate about assisting people to reach their financial goals. As a fully qualified and accredited finance consultant with the MFAA and FAST Group Australia, she understands what it takes to ensure her clients are making educated and informed decisions about their finances.

A certified mortgage professional with over 11 years experience in the finance industry alone, Leah Barton brings a unique spin to a somewhat tired market.

As a fully trained Practitioner of NeuroLinguistics, Master of Hypnosis, Performance Coach and trained in Neurological Repatterning, she is the go-to girl in matters of Lending and Finance Structuring. Her experience as a professional speaker and performance coach gives you the added benefit of clearing up your “stuff” around your finances – which ultimately is the key and often missing ingredient to help you regain control of your finances.

Leah has presented in front of thousands of people around the world, and is a captivating and entertaining speaker. Her passion for what she does, ensures her audiences get everything that they expect and more from her presentations and trainings.

Her focus and unwaivering dedication to continued self development in everything that she does gives her and her clients the leading edge.

Renee Walker | Administration Manager

With years of administration and customer service experience Renee is the main contact point for clients during the processing of their loan application. She ensures finance clauses are met, supporting documents are submitted and all in all, drives your application with the lenders from application through to settlement.
 

Jane McKenzie | Assistant Broker

With over 20 years business experience, Jane is one of the newest members of our team. Currently Jane is receiving training and undergoing her certification as a fully qualified mortgage broker. Presently her role is to assist Leah and liaise with clients to ensure a thorough needs assessment and analysis is undertaken. Her extensive background in business management, accounting and property ensures she is fully aware of clients needs and focuses during this process. As Jane’s experience and knowledge increases she will begin to develop her own client base while working under the mentorship of Leah.
 

Renae Hayek | Marketing Manager

With over 12 years of marketing and management experience, specifically 10 years in the property and online marketing industries, Renae joins our team to help us grow our business and help even more people achieve their goals of home and property ownership. Renae has also built up a strong property portfolio and understands how vital it is to have your mortgages and finances working for you to achieve long term financial freedom. Renae manages our marketing plan, operates our social media and online programs, event co ordination, and is the contact point for affiliate marketing programs that we are implementing.
