Initially established in 2005 but the Leah Barton, Mint Finance was created to provide an extremely high quality service to its clients and also to take the finance industry to a new level of excellence. Leah identified a missing section in a somewhat saturated industry, she believes “not only do people require financial solutions now, but their future needs and goals need to be taken into account when designing effective finance solutions, resulting in more than just a home loan, but a strategic lending strategy. “

Leah Barton Director_____________________________________________

Leah is passionate about assisting people to reach their financial goals through strategic lending strategies. Leah is a qualified and accredited Finance Consultant with the MIAA, PLAN Australia and holds a certificate IV in Financial Services. She is also a qualified finance/wealth coach and is actively involved in educational seminars throughout south east Queensland , soon to be expanding throughout the rest of Queensland and nationwide next year.

With over 4 years experience in the financial services industry, Leah is dedicated to changing the face of the mortgage industry and the way people access and perceive lending solutions and strategies.

Focusing the majority of her time on the education side of the business, Leah is conducting a series of seminars and educational programs to assist clients to understand all of their finance options.

Cameron McLary Business Development Manager_____________________

Cameron is responsible for maintaining our relationships with valued industry associates, and strategic partners. Cameron works closely with our associates and develops and implements strategies which will help them grow their business, through its association with Mint Finance. Cameron has held previous roles, such as Finance Broker & Business Development Manager for a number of other nationally known Finance companies. He is also a fully qualified and industry accredited finance broker.

Hannah Biddell Administration Manager _____________________________

Hannah is one of the newest members of our team and has fast become an invaluable addition to our company. Hannah is responsible for reception duties, all appointment scheduling for our consultants, registration for our seminar and educational programs and the administration side of the office. Recently enrolling in the Certificate IV in Financial Services, Hannah is committed to further education and development both within the industry and outside it.
